sugar-free banana smoothie without yogurt or milk

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

  • 2 dates (super sweet instead of added sugar! nature's candy :-)

  • 3/4 cup water

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.
